Check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m.

If the number of people exceeds the reservation without notifying the owner, a fee of $75 per person, per day, will be charged to the deposit without prior notice. 

Visitors must also be counted in the declaration. It is important to book for the correct number of people, as a verification will be conducted during your stay.

Check-in: To access the property, a digital lock is used. A code will be sent to you 2 days before your stay and will grant access according to your check-in and check-out times.

It is possible to request an early check-in from 12 p.m. for an additional fee of $175 + taxes.

Late check-out is also possible to leave at 3 p.m. for an additional fee of $175 + taxes.

The principal tenant is responsible for the property and its contents for any damage or theft of materials. They are also responsible for their guests, and all must behave with respect for the neighborhood and nature. Otherwise, amounts related to damage and theft will be debited from the security deposit without any prior notice.

The person responsible for the chalet must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Only pets that have received prior authorization from the owners are permitted in the chalet and on the property. At all times, pets are forbidden from climbing on beds or sofas. Feces must be picked up; otherwise, a cleaning fee of $50.00 will be applied for each infraction. Any failure to comply with these rules, resulting in stains, damage, or additional cleaning, will be repaired, cleaned, or replaced at the tenant's expense.

The dishes must be washed before your departure. Otherwise, a fee of $50 will be debited from your deposit without any prior notice. A dishwasher is available for your use.

You remain responsible for the property and its contents until the inspection, which will take place within a maximum of 72 hours following the departure time agreed upon in the rental agreement. 

Be sure to lock everything before you leave (boat, garage, chalet).

In the event that the government mandates the closure of short-term rentals, a 100% refund less transactional fees, or a travel credit valid for one year and transferable only once, will be offered. Tenants are responsible for following the rules required by the government. Any fines or penalties issued to the owner must be paid by the tenant, and if the owner has to take legal measures to be paid, the incurred costs must also be reimbursed to the owner.
